Q – How do I attach my picture and text?

A – Simply order the product(s) you want and check out. 
You can then send us your photograph and any text that you want on the item along with any instructions. IF you like, we will send you a JPEG proof of your item before making it.

Q – Is there a charge for setup or artwork?

A – There is never a charge for our services. You only pay the item price and shipping and handling costs.

Q – Do you crop or change my photo?

A – Unless you instruct us otherwise, we may or may not crop out parts of your photo to get this best image we can onto the specific item.

Q – How long does it take to receive my item?

A – Most of our items ship 1 to 2 days after we have received your payment !

Q – Do you accept credit cards?

A – We accept payment through Paypal or check or money order only.

Q- Do you combine shipping costs?

A – Yes! Items which go first class mail are only those weighing 13 ounces or less and all other items are sent via Priority mail which is usually a three day delivery. The MOST  you will pay for shipping and handling is $ 9.50. We have absorbed much of the shipping costs while also lowering our sell price to try and make up for the cost of purchasing via the mail. Q – What is Sublimation printing?

A – Unlike screen printing or other transfer processes, our inks actually penetrate the surface of the item we are printing 
so that it does not chip, peal, fade or crack and the result is a photograph-like finish that will last for years.

Q – Can I send you my shirt or item for you to print on?

A – No. For two reasons. All of our items must have a special coating to accept our inks. Secondly, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to someone else’s item.

Q – Do you offer discounts?

A – Yes. We do offer quantity discounts and especially with our awardand fund raising items. Again, please contact us for additional information.

Q – What if I don’t have a picture?

A – We have many photos we can use of most breeds. We can also find other images and there is never any artwork or setup charges for this service.

Q – Why can’t you do dark color shirts?

A – Because our inks are ‘dyed’ into the shirt material, we can only print on lighter colors and white will always reproduce the most vivid image, lighter color shirts also work quite well.
